Ixodes ricinus is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about altitude cca 500 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 19. 05. 2014.

not Ixodidae, possibly Parasitidae or a related Acari family-group.
and the fly name is Heleomyza sp. Wink. Andrzej

As Andrzej said, your photo shows phoretic mites. Ticks (Ixodes) parasitize only vertebrates.
