Please could anyone help to id this lovely little fella,found today in rural sussex,maybe about 2-3mm ish?

in which plant do you see that? Did you see any swarm or these flies? Very low on the ground?? the photo is great!

Eudorylas looks right, dark hind femora and ppl and somewhat hidden ovipositor suggest zonatus (Zett.). Need to see ovipositor clearly to be sure.

Jorge ...i looked,but didnt find any more ....it was sat lowdown,on a blade of grass near a hedgerow at the bottom of a valley....i spotted it while i was pestering the local robberflies
