First Tephritid of spring

Hi Today I swept this Campiglossa sp. from dry grass on wasteland in Copenhagen. Posterior ntpl dark, winglength some 3 mm. I'm uncertain of the species but somewhere around argyrocephala seems the most fitting. However, the paraverticals are convergent, small and black. The Dutch tephritidae-key by John Smit states that small black paraverticals are never convergent. Hence my doubt.
