Odd little fly with big eyes

Hello! At first sorry for the very bad picture quality, but this little (5 mm) fly just took off when I wanted to take the photo. Can somebody at least tell me the family? I have no clue... Found yesterday in dedicious forest in Ostwestfalen/Germany. Not well visible on the pic, but it had a big "hump". Yes, a male of Callomyia, but impossible to tell which species.

All species in my books and in the gallery look much more "robust".
