On Crataegus monogyna, this fly which I identify like belonging to the family of Empididae
can you identify this fly more precisely?

Ferrieres, BE, 29 april, 2007
size : 8 - 9 mm long

You collected Empis (Polyblepharis) opaca Meigen, 1804 (female on both images).
