 Helophilus pendulus, female.
The hind tibia is yellow on the basal two thirds, and it has yellow hairs on the hind part of the 5. abdominal segment.
The angle between the eyes shows it to be a female.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
