Please could anyone help to id this?If its possible with such a bad shot had an interesting shaped abdomen,but you cant really see it here unfortunately.... found in rural sussex UK ...i can only guess at size,maybe 12-15mm?

also this is think is from Ptychopteridae, Ptychoptera.
i think a male,

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
