Another pair of unknown diptera from Italy

Here's another pair of Diptera from my "unidentified" folder. Can anyone help? As always, photographed near Rome in Italy.

This picture may be hard as the fly is quite small, but I was actually taking the euphorbia at the time and really noticed the fly only afterwards!

The first I think is a species of Anthomyia, the second is a Lonchaeidae, possibly Setisquamalonchaea.
