I now understand that it is a Meromyza according to the very thick hind femora(and bent hindt tibia). I think it is M. saltatrix which it fits best to when I check in "The frit flies of Fennoscandia and Denmark" (2013) but does anybody know if it is possible at all to id the females for sure?
