Hi * locality - Silgueiros - Viseu - PORTUGAL * date - 2007.04.22 * size - 6 mm (medium fly) * habitat - woodland, near river * substrate - Heracleum sp. Tachinidae. Which one? The parafacialia are hairy, and I can see clearly only 3 post DC bristles, so this must be Smidtia conspersa. a spring species. Theo |
