Picture taken back in April (14.04.2013) in Rivas-Vaciamadrid. Many of those seen by a puddle on a path surrounded by vegetation by a river.

Sorry for the quality Sad I would be very happy to know even just the genus.

It looks a bit like Nostima picta, but there are one or two things not quite right. Did you collect any specimens?

I would suggest Allotrichoma. Species of the genus are not recognizable externally.
