Small egg sacs??

Hi,

i found this strange formations. There were several such things very close under the rock. They look like spider egg sacs, not sure what this is. The size is around 3 mm. Found in Slovenia.

If this is associated with near watter it could be hahniidae nest.
If you have a sample store it any you will see what will come out.
I myself closed/sealed thing into plastic pot and ensured moist environment:
