Aquatic larva, Poland, 08.2013

Hi, I have found 2 aquatic larvae in a mountain stream in the Tatra. The first specimen was about 10 mm long:

Limoniidae, subfamily Eriopterinae or perhaps Hexatominae. In habitus it has the shape of Helius, however I cannot see any ventral pseudopods. A detailed photo of the anal lobes will help. How many lobes and how is it pigmented is helpfull,.....
