 A Bombylid species from Bulgaria

This si another of the Diptera photographed on my second Bulgaria tour this year. It was photographed near Vikren, Bulgaria on 31 July 2013. I think it is a Hemipenthes species but would appreciate confirmation or correction of this and would be grateful for any suggestions regarding identification to species if possible.
