This fly, I think of the Family Muscidae, near a stream in southwestern Spain Huelva. At about 600 meters above sea level. Taken 27/07/2013

There are 2 different flies : pic 1 & 3 is male of Dasyphora albofasciata while pic 2 is male of Melinda sp. (Calliphoridae).

Thanks for the input and sorry for mistakenly put two different species, thought they were the same photographs are at the same time and place.
