 Caught in a damp woodland near stream with much rotten wood. Location UK - Shropshire. 11.04.2007 Any ideas?

 This image gives an overall impression of a crane fly in the subfamily Pediciidae (as currently classified in the world catalogue). However, to be sure will need to check the palpi, antennae, and the compound eyes.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
