Red spotted beetle, but what are on its body?

The beetle is Hister or Paralister - there are several species with red spots - more photos would be helpful. The Acari are Poecilochirus sp. (Poecilochiridae , 2 sp. on beetles): http://www.fotoco...ay/2673154 Best regards Frank |
