 What genus could this small ceciomyd (body 1,5-2 mm) be.

Photos from 30 april 2013 Skällsjön 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

 It resembles Lestodiplosis but may have too many flagellomeres. Almost all Cecidomyiidi have 12, cylindrical in female and divided in male for 24 apparent flagellomeres.
