Fly on snow

This fly was walking on snow in Estonia in 01.02. this year. Habitat was dry pine forest, but damp bog patches were not far away. Temperature was about zero. The size of the fly is about 1 cm.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
