Lonchaeidae?

Today I found at least ten of these little black flies sunning on a rock at Leerdam, Netherlands. Length a few mm. Could they be Lonchaeidae perhaps?

Not Lonchaeidae, which is acalyptrate. This is clearly a calyptrate fly - you can see the thoracic suture.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
