I would like to know which species this is.
Similar to a tiny wasp (3 mm).
Photo taken in Pontevedra (NW Iberian Peninsula) on 26/03/2012.

 Chalcidoidea for sure, might be Eulophidae. (But I am not an expert...)

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
