Hello!

I found this 6-7 mm Heleomyzid two days ago at a hovel in our garden at -3 ?C (Ostwestfalen/Germany). Does it belong to genus Tephrochlamys? Thanks!

Thanks! I must have overlooked that thread. And I am also not sure, whether I identify the subcostal cell and its colouration correctly in my specimen. It seems to me that - other than in your fly - the backward rest of the wings is also darker in mine.
