Looks like a female Anasimyia contracta (but I am not an expert).

Tristram, .."you're not an expert", but I appreciate your help!
Maybe it can be an Anasimyia lineata, which I found before...
We may wait for Gerard and if it is a A. contracta we make a celabration,
as it shall be the first one I find!
