cased caddis larva ID help please

Hello, If anyone could identify this cased caddis larva down to family level for me, that would be great. Found in the riffles of a fairly acidic stream in west-Wales in September, size about 2cm long. definitely a Limnephilidae, and it looks a bit like something like Chaetopteryx, but for that you have to study all kinds of details (hairs, thorns) as well as the color of the frontoclypeus to be sure. I can try to identify it for you if you have collected it? |
