Is Rs forked near the tip? Otherwise it looks like a Simulium. |

Probably Simulium (Eusimulium) based on the combination of basal section of R with hair base of antennae paler thorax with conspicuous yellowish hair but no pattern (the type species is S. aureum, most likely named after hair color) tibia with pale markings |
