Two species, the one with yellow face has very nice low calipter - half white, half dark

Note that the yellow-faced fly is female and the others are male - perhaps two sexes rather than two species? But why is the female tickling the male...?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
