Unknown fly - wing identification (possibly Heleomyzidae or Lauxaniidae) - Homoneura

hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me determine what species (or genus) this wing belongs to. I suspect that it is a Heleomyzidae but not certain. it was collected from Cyprus in a Bactrocera trap. thanks!

Homoneura is correct. No strong costal spines and small costal spinules coninuing till apex of R4+5.
