Melanostoma scalare?

Can anybody confirm if this is Melanostoma scalare? Wing length was approx. 7mm. As with the one above, this was taken from my garden in Wolverhampton, UK on the 17th September.

The heavy dust spots on the frons look good for scalare. Ian |
