Hi

Permission granted by Nikola. I thought this is Calliphoridae (male??) and... Rhiniinae subfamily. Am I right?

Fe on line again ?
Well, I knew this one was coming.
I personally correct Rondani's mistakes, so I write Rhynchomyia.
If other people want to write Rynchomyia, Ryncomyia or even Ryncomya, fine with me.
See previous post on this subject (search for Rondani)

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol

Yes, dipterologists from far abroad, please buy your copy at veldshop. Stamps will be expensive, but he, the book is unreasonably cheap Smile
