 Very handsome fly on Eupatoria cannabina

Hi, found this handsome fly today, watched it for quite a time while it was always obviously feeding on different flowers iof Eupatoria cannabina. Location: Little wood in a swamp near Zarrentin, Northern Germany. Sorry, poor light, therefore not a brilliant photo, but a remarkably insect indeed. Thanks!
