I think this is Neottiphilum praeustum. Am I right? From 21 November 2006, 9mm, in an east London cemetery park.

I'd rather think this a Tetanocera of the Sciomyzidae.

Thank you. I must have gone wrong at costal spines or dorsal pre-apical bristles on tibiae I think.
