If the brown "thing" on the left is the head, then it's Lepidoptera (or Hymenoptera, sawfly), but if it was some kind of wet bark spot or something like that, then it could also be Diptera larva, like Tipulidae or close. Quite hard to tell without clearly seeing what the head or spiracular region looks like |
