Seems to be a Machimus/Tolmerus sp. It seems very fresh. Hard to tell without the colouration of legs.It might help to mention place/habitat and time.

found near grazing land and a pond... in the agrarian landscape of lower saxony. July Are the legs of the fresh/young flies not coloured yet? |
