without brown wing spots, i think not Sylvicola fenestralis. Who can help? Thank you.

Sylvicola (Anisopus) sp., so certainly not fenestralis, which is in another subgenus. The specimen being a teneral makes it near impossible to say whether it is punctatus or fuscatus group, but I suspect the latter. If the latter, then genitalia are required for species ID.
