Female Tanypodinae, Macropelopiini or Pentaneurini. If the eyes are iridescent more likely Macropelopiini but the wing doesn't look like the common species Psectrotanypus varius. |

Consider Apsectrotanypus trifascipennis, which has similar wing markings. |
