Anthomyiidae_Hydrophoria silvicola(female) is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 600 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 26.07.2011.

It's a female Thricops (the proclinate orbital exclude all Phaoniinae). It should be T. nigrifrons.
