Seen 1 june 2011 on phragmitus edge of moist broadleaved forest . Who can help with ID of genera or species?

I've seen similar photos from North America that I couldn't ID past Hydrophorinae.

That will narrow it down already to some 17+ species, out of 250 or so

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
