This afternoon I photographed this small 2.5-3 mm Ephydridae ?. I have more photos.

Santo river banks in Saleres (Granada, S Spain)

Yes, I'd say this was tenuicosta, as far as I can see from the photos. It has not got typical wing markings, but then it is a very variable species!
