Fly with very setose genae - Amphipogon flavum (Piophilidae)

From Finnmark: Sør-Varanger, in the far North of Norway. The only fly I can think of with this setose genae is Pogonota barbata, but this specimen seems to be different both in the genitalia and in the shape of the antennae...
