Who can help me? This really big fly was photographed in September in Southern France. Unfortunately I could not find this copy in my books. She drinks frequently blood, which is me well-known.

I need to see frontal view, if possible.

It could be Tabanus cf. glaucopis. The 3 stripes on the eye will lead to T. glaucopis if we have a dark subcallus... I think, isn?t it Zeegers? Smile
