This fly has been caught in Voronezh region (Central Russia) in winter rye crop 17 July 2006. Please, help me to ID this fly.

Hi Sergey,


Identifying Sarcophagidae from a photo is a bit ambitious.
In many cases, the male genitalia need to be examined.

This might, just might, be Sarcophaga ss.
