Hello,

I think this is Metopia sp. because of the white forehead.

Am I completely wrong? Thanks in advance.

You are completely right !
It is a male of Metopia in the argyrocephala-group.
I doubt whether it really is argyrocephala, rondaniana or even thernovae are more likely, but there is no way to be sure based on this picture.
