Hello all, Here are 2 Syrphidae pictures I took in Quebec, Canada (near Vermont USA) last July, 3rd, 2010. At first I thought it was the same species but I realize now that it is surely not the case. The second one looks like a male Allograpta obliqua but I'm not sure. Is somebody able to identify each species or genus? Thank you very much for your appeciated help  Michel 1)  2)

Second may be Allograpta obliqua. |
