AFAIK there's at least one known, but undescribed Alpine species in this very difficult genus.

A very nice photo of a representative of a very interesting Conopid genus. BTW, when do we get a photo of a Dalmannia?

Gerard, no, I mean a living one. The colours are just fantastic of the living animals. It is remarkably like plastic as it is colored by cadmium pigments.
