Unknown asilid fly from La Gomera

Hi, found this nice specimen close to El Cedro, La Gomera in August 2010. It was quite large, as far as I remember about 12mm in length. Can anybody help me with ID? Thanks, Marc Marc T attached the following image: [69.65Kb] |

Females are undoable : ) But, very maybe Tolmerus cf fuscus....
