Nikita,

A stupid question: what makes attenuata an attenuata?

I am asking this to save time and virtual space uploading more and more attenuata. Wink

females have a very conspicuous frontal vitta black (check); the palpi are brown (not visible in these photos), legs are black but tibiae yellow (check). It has paired spots in tergites as well (a posterodorsal view would help to check this). This shows the female as Nikita told.
for both males/females in thorax there are about 1-3 brown stripes or more sometimes. (in this case we can see 4 distinct striplines on scutum). males of C. attenuata have yellow palpi and yellow legs as well.

Perfect, Jorge. I will check these features on my numerous coenosias.

Stored in its corresponding folder. TumbsUp

By the way, have you read Martin Suvák's article about this species?: totally incredible and mind-goggling.

Ciao,
André
