Hello, this is an Asilidae from the north of Spain, on a river vegetation. ¿Does anybody know the genus or the specie?

THANKS.

Thanks a lot Leptogaster. ¿Do you know how can I differentiate between the two genus?

I dont think that can be done from pictures. Usually Machimus are bigger with more setae on margin scutellum. Don't forget genus Neoepitriptus is also part of this group. I get the impression they are in between the others. Think difference Coolis based on internal genital differences. Stll have to find that text.
