I think, ist a male of Trachusa byssinum. Females have darkisch and somewhat longer mandibel.
The scientific naming is at the time confused.
Several names are for the same species used:

Trachusa byssinum or Trachusa byssina
Anthidium byssinum or Anthidium byssina awkward

I prefer on faunaeur.org used name.

Frank

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
