Platycheirus sp. is the correct name? Thank you very much. Slovak Republik, Terchová region on the Malá Fatra, approximately 700 m above sea level 07.08.2011.

Hi Mucha Fero Platycheirus species have not this white head. It's a Leucozona sp. femalle. I don't know the slovak Leucozona species but it look likes the french Leucozona laternaria (Müller, 1776) P-Y Edited by Pierre-Yves on 20-08-2011 19:40 |
