These are surely flies from the family Sepsidae. I can't see spots on wings, but if there are some spots, then you have genus Sepsis. |

There do not appear to be spots, so that really leaves the genera Nemopoda and Themira. By the over-all colour pattern, I assume the first, possibly N. nitidula.
